  1. 1 cucumber
  2. 50 g longbeans
  3. 1/2 white cabbage
  4. 50 g bean sprouts
  5. 1 clove garlic
  6. 2 fingers chili
  7. 2 cm fresh kaempferia galanga or 1/4 tsp dried kencur
  8. 100 g roasted peanuts
  9. 1 tsp palm sugar
  10. 1/2 tsp salt
  11. 1/2 tsp shrimp paste
  12. 1 tsp tamarind juice
  13. 50 ml hot water

      Rinse all the vegetables in warm water, then drain.

      Slice cucumber, cut longbeans into 30cm pieces and shredded white cabbage. Put all the vegetables include bean sprouts in a plate. Set a side

      Peanut sauce : Grind garlic, chilies, kencur, peanuts, palm sugar, salt, shrimp paste using pestle and mortar or blender. Add tamarind juice and hot water until smooth.

      Mix all vegetables with peanut sauce. Serves with fried shallot on top.
