SAYUR BAYAM

- 2 bunches (300 gr) spinach, cut, washed
- 150 gr corn kernel
- 4 cloves shallots, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 lt chicken broth
- 1,5 tsp salt or to taste
- 1/4 tsp white pepper powder or to taste
- 1/2 tsp mushroom bouillon
- 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges

Boil chicken broth.

Add garlic and shallots followed by corn kernel. Keep boiling until the corn kernel softened.

Add spinach. Season with salt, white pepper powder, and mushroom bouillon.

Add tomato. Mix well. Remove from the heat.

Serve over warm rice and some other dishes. Yum! 😋
